2006 - Part 1

Hari Raya Puasa Cookies....

Cookies from Has, one of my departments ABAP consultant. She gave us this box of cookies after she came back from "Balik Kampung". Smells nice, tastes good!!!
Finished in less then 1 month.

Thankz Has!!!

Pizzaaa Hut~~~~~~

RM7.90 for 4 of the above, minus the sauce and cheese powder...
It was lunch time and all of us went to BJ Pizza Hut to have lunch.
When we reached there, there was no air con..... damn hot, even when they had a standfan there to create some air circulation.
Any how we ordered and waited less then 15minutes, thats what the guarantee says, 15minutes and u get your order of the "Express Lunch" set.
Last piece of my Hawaiian Supreem and I decided to put lotsa chilli sauce and cheese powder and the result was as above... Spicy and nice...

Looks nice right? maybe u can try it the next time you visit Pizza Hut.

Kopiko

If my memory serves me right, this jar of Kopiko was purchased in November 2006. Within 1 month, this jar of 300 Kopiko only had around 20 left...

Damn... we are gonna get diabetes in no time if this goes on...

What little change can do

This is a story of how little change can do wonders.
See the flower in the picture, many many moons ago, this pot of lotus did not have any flowers, there were only fishes swimming amongs the lotus leafs. Initially, the pot was placed some what further in the porch, which sunlight could not really reach.
This place was how ever not quite appropriate as I risk kicking it when I get out of my car. Yes, this pot is next to where I park my car.
So inorder to place this pot in a safer place, it was move just less then 2 meters. After a week or so, flowers started to pop up and they keep on comming. It's like the flower is always there and always so beautiful.
So, do you see what little change can affect things? Maybe all of us should change for the better. Afterall, what might be good now, might get even better with a little change. It's like donating blood, you benefit by your body generating new blood and the blood you donated could have saved someones life. It's a win win situation.
Think about it, what can you do to make things in this world you live in become better?

What a magnificent sight, ain't it?
This picture was taken at Teluk Kumbar, a place which is situated on the south western side of Penang island.
Why was I there, you may ask. My colleagues and I were there to have a farewell dinner for a consultant from India, as he was bound for home in a couple of days. He has served the company well for the past 1 year and 2 months. Other then serving the company well, he was a good friend. Very helpful and a cheerful person.
I wish him all the best and be a good father.
